Roundup: 1107 Saudi Airstrikes Kill 135 Yemeni Civilians in March – Updated

At least 135 Yemeni civilians were killed, including 11 children and six women, and 192 others wounded in 1107 airstrikes launched by the US-backed Saudi coalition fighter jets on various Yemeni provinces in March, officials told YemenExtra on Saturday.
In Sana’a, the coalition warplanes launched 126 air strikes on the districts of Nehm, Arhab, Belad Alroos, Al-Hema and Manakha.
The warplanes also demolished bridges linking the capital Sana’a with other provinces, as well as gas stations and citizens’ farms.
In Taiz, central Yemen, the fighter jets waged 306 air raids attacking Mokha coastal city, Mawza district, Al-Nar, Howzan mountains, Al-Wazeea and Al-Omary area.
Speaking of Taiz, the Saudi aircraft bombarded houses of citizens, farms, networks of communication and schools.
In Hodeidah port city, 225 air strikes were launched targeting areas of Al-Dorehemy, Hodeidah Airport, Al-Toheta, Salif Port, Kamaran Island, Bajil city and Ras Issa port.
In the context of Hodeidah, the fighter jets hit the bridges connecting the province with others, as well as the targeting of fishermen and their boats, communication networks and Somali refugees’ boats.
In Mareb province, US-backed Saudi coalition carried out 71 raids targeting Serwah district, Habbab valley and Heelan mountain.
In Hajja province, 67 airstrikes were launched by the fighter jets, particularly on Medi port city and Haradh region by the Saudi-Yemeni border.
In Jawf province, warplanes waged 11 raids on the districts of Al-Moton and Al-Ghael.
In Dhamar governorate, fighter jets launched five air strikes on Otoma district.
In Amran province, coalition carried out two raids on a stones-crusher factory.
In Lahj governorate, fighter jets struck Al-Kahboob district with nine raids.
In Mahaweet province, the 10-country coalition waged two raids targeting a bridge in Bani Saad area.
In Shabwa province, one air raid was launched by the fighter jets aiming at Aselan district.
In Sa’ada, northern Yemen, the Saudi-led coalition waged 203 airstrikes on several districts, including Bakim, Razih, Magaz, Shada, Dhahir, Ketaf, Haidan and Monabbih.
To continue regarding Saada, northern Yemen, two air raids killed ten civilians, including eight children and two women when it hit a house in Baqim district.
The fighter jets of the coalition targeted Al-Raqw local market in Mabah district, resulting in four civilian deaths, including a woman.
The above are documented airstrikes launched by the Saudi-led coalition for the month of March, in addition to their consequences such as civilian loss as well as materiel damage.
