Student Demonstrations Against Saudi War in Saada

After two years of Saudi war on the impoverished country of Yemen, students and teachers of Saada governorate, northern Yemen, held a number of demonstrations in various schools on Sunday. The demonstrations marked their steadfastness facing the ongoing Saudi war, and took place to confirm the continuation of their education no matter the obstacles, local source reported to YemenExtra.

During the demonstrations, students and teachers accused the 10-country coalition, led by the Saudi Kingdom, to have targeted students as well as schools. They also denounced the coalition preventing salary payments for teachers, saying that it seeks for Yemeni ignorant upcoming generations.

Regarding their resistance, the educational sector in Saada affirmed for the third year of war that they will continue confronting the Saudi forces and their allies with the success of their educational process.
