The Saudi-led coalition continues carrying its airstrikes on different Yemeni governorates, and has been accused of committing war crimes by the LCRD, Legal Centre for Rights and Development.
The LCRD confirmed that the Saudi-led coalition perpetrated a war crime today against Yemeni civilians, where it targeted Dhuwar region in Serwah, resulting in the death of nine citizens and injury of two.
The large family was attempting to relocate due to the harsh conditions they had to encounter living in a war zone. However, they never made it to the safer region after the bombardment of their car with them inside.
Just when the survivors thought the chaos was over, the coalition warplanes retargeted the crime scene, killing five paramedics who had rushed to help the now killed citizen, Waza’a Hassan Rashid, as well as his companions of women and children.
Today’s documented crime joins the list of Saudi crimes confirmed by several humanitarian organizations. Final reports released March stated that about 30,000 Yemenis have fallen between dead and wounded. The 10-country coalition keeps attempting to rise the number as it kills a number of civilians each month amid an international silence.
The following are the names of the killed citizens by the Saudi-led coalition:
1. Ali Saleh Saleh Alzaydi Aljahmi
2. Shehab Rashid Saeed Rabe Aljahmi
3. Waza Hassan Rashid Rabe Aljahmi
4. Ali Mohamed Saeed Rabe Aljahmi
5. Abdullah Saleh Ahmed Alamri Aljahmi
6. Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah Ali Alzaydi Aljahmi
7. Ali Ali Yahya Swailah
8. Nujood Maqri Saeed Rabe Aljahmi
Names of wounded citizens:
1. Jabr Faisal Mohamed Alzaydi Aljahmi
2. Faisal Nasser Zaran Khareem.
In a similar context, last March the Saudi-led coalition resulted in the death of 8 children as well as two women, local source reported to YemenExtra.
Several children have gone as victims of the Saudi war on the already poor country, Yemen. The coalition is also imposing an air, sea and land siege on the near 30 million Yemenis, leading to the suffocation of the country as it 80% depends on incomes.
