Yemeni students in various schools located in Dhamar governorate continue to confirm their steadfastness facing the Saudi war. Imam Ali bn Abu Talib School held an event on Sunday to mark the Yemeni resilience entering the third year of war.
The event was attended by the Director General of the Education Office in the city and a number of parents of the students. Speeches given at the event affirmed the stability and strength of the Yemeni people throughout this war, local source reported for YemenExtra.
Following the event, there was an opening of an art exhibition containing different drawings and figures done by the students.
“Through their works, the students expressed the brutality of the war crimes committed by the Saudi-led coalition and the heroism in victories achieved by the Yemeni joint military”, says an organizer of the event.
The war waged by the Saudi-led coalition began on March 25 of 2016, in an attempt to restore Saudi-backed ousted president and force Yemeni revolutionaries to step down.
