The capital Sana’a has held protests to condemn Russia’s participation in providing the printed money for the wrong hands; handing it to the Saudi-backed ousted president.

In a released statement, protesters stressed that Russia holds complete responsibility in giving the printed money for the no longer illegal president, Hadi.

In addition, they confirmed that by Russia printing and providing the money for Hadi, it strengthens the terrorist organizations of Daesh and Al Qaeda as Hadi is accused of funding them in battlefields against the Yemeni joint military.

“Russia and the UN fell for the Saudi war against Yemen, and are participating in starving Yemen by allowing the air, sea and land blockade and in stopping salary payments to all state employees”, read the statement.

Despite all the hardships, Yemenis continue confirming their steadfastness and resistance confronting the war waged on March 26 of 2015 by the Saudi-led coalition, which have resulted in 30,000 killed and wounded civilians, according to independent statistics.

Concluding the protest, they called on the people of Yemen to pay attention to agriculture and seek self-sufficiency to maintain resilience in the face of one of the worst humanitarian dilemmas.
