The Court Continues Trialing the Saudi Led –Coalition Cell in Sana’s

The initial court, headed by Judge Abdu Rajeh, on Sunday approved enabling plaintiffs to submit their cases to the court and postpone the trial of the defendants in the terrorist cells of the Islah Party until after the judicial holiday.
The third session of the trial witnessed a review of the defense of the accused except the lawyer of one of the accused , the presentation of illegal objections and the commission of an illegal act in contact with the accused in order to disrupt the trial.
On today’s session, the court continued to listen to the evidence submitted by the prosecution and to the testimony of the defendants recorded in video and audio, and it also approved the accession of a number of victims in the crimes of the cell to the claim of private right.
The cell whose case was in the court was involved in a number of criminal operations, including assassinations, detonation of improvised explosive devices, monitoring the coordinates of governmental and civilian institutions and facilities , and sending them to the air force.
Saudi-led Coalition killed more than 12000 civilians most of them children and women since 2015.
