Yemenis continue to demonstrate against the Saudi-led coalition and its consequences on the economy of the poorest Arab country.
Residents of Al-Wahda district held a demonstration today in the capital Sana’a in front of the United Nations Headquarters denouncing the Russian stance towatd the Yemeni conflict.
During the demonstration, participants deplored Russia’s violation of its claims to fight the terrorist organizations in Syria while it supports them in Yemen by handing over the printed Yemeni salaries to the Saudi-backed ousted Yemeni president. The mentioned president has been accused of supporting Al Qaeda in Yemen, whom are fighting among the same ranks of the Saudi-paid militia.
In addition, they condemned the false UN agreement signed with the Governor of the Central Bank, Ben Hammam, promising to solve the salaries dilemma, requesting it to recall its decisions and its stance.
They concluded their demonstration by confirming that Russia also takes part in the Saudi-led war and imposed siege by providing the salaries of Yemeni employees to the wrong hands.
