“Popular Front” Announces Escalation Steps: Prisoners Strike Is an Introduction of a Comprehensive Move

Mass demonstrations took place throughout Gaza strip, from Rafah south to Beit Hanoun in the north, on Tuesday, at the invitation of “the National Movement to Lift the Siege” with the participations of representatives of the Palestinian factions under the name “the Anger Harbinger ” and called for “lifting the siege and support the prisoners “.

The Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine called on all the masses of people to participate actively in the march that will be launched in all areas of the Gaza strip at 11 am to lift the siege.

In the conclusion of the marches, demonstrators gathered and speeches were given by leaders of Palestinian factions. In addition to the occupation of the “Israeli”, which imposed a blockade on the Gaza strip 11 years ago, the speakers attacked the President of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, considering that ” he is participating in the siege,” and asked him to “leave” ,whereas  the demonstrators raised the slogan “Abbas does not represent me.”

For its part, the “Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine” in the jails of the “Israel” occupation confirmed that  it “will announce its next escalation steps regarding the strike and the Israeli escalation in prisons.”
