Yemeni Provinces Continue Being the Target of Saudi Airstrikes

The Saudi-led coalition continued carrying out aerial attacks against Yemeni provinces on the 17th of May.
In central Taiz, more than 20 civilians were killed while some others sustained injuries, including three children, in a Saudi raid targeting their vehicle in Shabu region, district of Mawza’a.
The coalition warplanes also waged two airstrikes on the region of Al-Amri.
Going to Hajjah province, a journalist fell as the next victim, named Ismail Al-Bilayhi, after being targeted by a Saudi reconnaissance aircraft along with the rest of Almasirah’s channel crew.
The media crew was regularly documenting and reporting in Muthalth Aham in Hajjah.
“The crew was on its way to cover news regarding a rescue team in the bordering region of Haridh”, stated another Almasirah correspondent in Hajjah.
Heading to the heart of the country, the capital Sana’a, an air raid and light bombs were used on Al-Majawahah area in Nehm district.
Moreover, a total of 4 airstrikes struck Hareeb Nehm region during the past hours.
In Marib province, the coalition fighter jets waged an air raid near of Serwah market, while a second one bombarded the airport region.
Getting closer to the Yemeni-Saudi border, an airstrike hit the province of Saada, particularly Al-Maqhrm area in Baqim district.
Concluding the aerial campaign, the coalition attacked bordering Assir using two missiles, specifically aiming at Al-Rabuah.
