Ansar Allah Spokesman: We are not Committed to any Discussion with the United Nations until Addressing the Issues of Salaries and Opening Sana’a Airport

Ansar Allah spokesman Mohamed Abdel Salam commented that there is no discussion with the United Nations until it gives the most basic human rights to the Yemeni people, such as dealing with the issues of salaries and opening Sana’a International Airport.

“We are not concerned and committed to any discussion with the United Nations because it has not been able to meet the most basic human rights, such as dealing with the issues of salaries and opening Sana’a International Airport,” Abdel Salam said in a Tweet on Tuesday.

A spokesman for Ansar Allah criticized the complicity and inability of the United Nations to fulfill its obligations towards the Yemeni people, linking any discussion with its envoy Ould Sheikh, who is currently visiting Sana’a, to the extent that the UN fulfills its humanitarian obligations towards the Yemeni people by paying salaries and opening Sana’a International Airport.
