The Popular Crowd Liberate the Kairouan Area west of Mosul

On Tuesday, the popular crowd liberated Kairouan, west of the city of Mosul, as well as the main road north and south of the area, in addition to the airport of Garage Thuraya, according to AL-Maiadeen channel.

The crowd blew up two car bombs left by suicide bombers as they fled.

Al-Mayadeen correspondent also reported that the anti-terrorist forces liberated in the Najar neighborhood on the right side of Mosul.

The crowd began Monday evening to enter the Kairouan area from three main axes.

On the other hand, the battles are currently taking place in the city of Mosul on 3 axes to liberate the district of Al-Shifa and Znjili, while still 4 square kilometers under the control of “Daesh”, backed by Saudi,  in the old city of Mosul.
