The Israeli forces launched on Tuesday dawn a campaign of raids and arrests, including clashes in the northern city of Tulkarem.
According to local sources, the Israeli forces arrested the leader of the Hamas movement Adnan al-Husri, 53, and a liberated prisoner after raiding their homes in the camp of Nur Shams and Medina.
The sources added that clashes erupted during the raiding during which the Israeli forces fired gas and sound bombs, but no injuries were reported.
The Israeli forces arrested two brothers after they had raided their family’s house in the town of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Israeli media reported that the Israeli army arrested 6 last night in the West Bank, including a girl who was claimed to carry out a stabbing near the Ibrahimi Mosque.
They said that the arrests were fo Tulkarem residents and another from the Jalazun refugee camp north of Ramallah, while citizens from the towns of Yatta and Tarqumiya, south of Hebron, were also arrested .
