Yemeni masses to demonstrate for Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) on Friday

The Yemeni preparatory committee called upon the people for the commemoration of Al-Quds International Day in the province of Dhamar to revive the central issue of occupied Jerusalem this Friday, 28 of Ramadan 1438 (Islamic calendar) corresponding to 23 June 2017.

The committee said in a statement “In spite of the wounds, the bloodshed and the destruction of our country Yemen for more than two years by an unjust war never had been witnessed by the region, and led by American-Saudi-Israeli alliance, the Yemenis will stand up to the commemoration of Al-Quds International Day, out of the rubble and the enormous damage, they will head to Quds Day to renew the covenant and affirm that they are people united by the pain ,hope and destiny with the Palestinian cause “

“Al-Quds Day is a global day, not just a special day for Quds, but a day for the oppressed to confront the oppressor , the day of awakening the peoples,” the committee added.

Al-Quds International Day is a day to consolidate the case of occupied Palestine in the minds of the people in the world so that the question of Palestine remains alive in the hearts of many and to keep the feelings of dignity and rejection of Israel vivid in everyone’s hearts and minds, particularly Muslims.
