The Yemeni security services managed to detect and capture two cells involved in operations serving the Saudi-led coalition against their own homeland.
Members of the arrested cells are expressed to be of the Islah party in Yemen, which is the so-called “Muslim Brotherhood” hand in the country, a local security source reported.
The traitors used to convey vital information for the coalition from the inside and participated in mobilizing Saudi-backed militias against the Yemeni joint army, whereas the latter also considers Al-Qaeda as a major enemy.
Thereby, the fight against the Yemeni joint military gives the terrorist organization Al-Qaeda a chance to grow in the unstable country.
The Yemeni news agency SABA confirmed that the two cells were captured on Saturday and transferred to the competent authorities to complete the investigation.
The source also noted that the security media will publish details and confessions during the upcoming period.
