Three children were injured on Wednesday by a cluster bomb left behind by the warplanes of the Saudi-led coalition, backed by the US, in the northern Saada governorate, bordering Saudi Arabia.
The three children (two little boys and a girl), include a child in a serious condition due to the sudden explosion of an international banned cluster bomb in the region of Al-Aboust in Sahar district, local source reported to YemenExtra.
The forbidden weapon was used by the Saudi regime and its allies and supplied by the US, and it has resulted in several civilian casualties, primarily innocent children. The weapon works as a landmine if unexploded, thereby functioning as a trap for each and everyone.
Since the beginning of the war on March 26th in 2015, thousands of cluster bombs were dropped on various Yemeni governorates.
