The Supreme Political Council at its meeting in Sana’a, chaired by Saleh al-Samad, President of the Council, and in the presence of Qasim Lubazah, Vice-President of the Council, approved the media regulations signed between the General People’s Congress Party and the Ansar Allah constituency and approved them with appropriate amendments.
The Council stressed the need to abide to these media controls, directing the concerned authorities to take the necessary measures to unite the internal row and punish anyone who provokes controversy and sedition and violates the law and media controls approved.
The meeting was held in the context of confirming the political position that Ould Cheikh was a UN envoy and was rejected at the grassroots level because of his clear bias toward the Saudi-led coalition.
