8 Dead from the «Southern Resistance» through Trying to Control Khaled camp

The violent confrontations were renewed between the forces of the “southern resistance” ,loyal to fugitive former President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi, backed by the forces of the “coalition” and the UAE forces in particular, on one hand, and Ansar Allah fighters and the forces of the Salvation Government in Sanaa on the other in the vicinity of Khalid Bin Al Waleed strategic camp in Moza’a department, northwest of Taiz.

According to field sources belong to «Ansar Allah»,  «the Yemeni joint forces are engaged in fierce fighting with the paid fighters in the north-west of Khalid bin Walid camp  and the south-west side  ,as a result they were able to foil successive attacks towards Khaled camp ».

«The fighters of the aggression launched three raids today on the camp», pointing out that «these clashes left dead and wounded amid both sides».» the sources added.

These forces “stormed the western gate of Khalid bin Walid camp after violent confrontations with the militias, which left eight people, mostly from the Brigades of the southern resistance and wounded about 15 others»,the sources stated.

“What hinders the army from clearing the camp are the heavy mines planted by the militias around the camp,” added the officials.
