Al-Awamiya struggles in silence as Saudi regime forces terrorize locals

The Saudi regime forces continued their siege of the Al-Awamiya District located in the Qatif Governorate, Saturday, killing and injuring several civilians trapped inside encircled neighborhoods.

According to Saudi activists, two brothers were killed on Saturday after the Saudi regime forces opened fire targeting their home in the Al-Awamiya District.

The two killed victims were identified by local activists as ‘Ali and Hussein Subayti.

In addition to the murders of the two mentioned men, the Saudi regime forces also opened fire on a doctor and her sister while they were driving through the Al-Awamiya District on Saturday – the two women are in critical condition.

The Saudi regime forces have blockaded Al-Awamiya for over two months now; however, despite criticism from humanitarian groups, the Al-Saud government claims they are fighting ‘terrorists’ rebelling against the state.
