Gunmen in Military Uniforms Raid a Money Exchange Company in Saudi-Held Hadramout

Unknown gunmen dressed in military uniforms carried out an armed robbery at a money exchange store in Hadramout government on Sunday, which is currently under the control of Saudi paid militias.
The gunmen carried out their criminal operation at a branch of the company “Al-Amki Exchange” in Tarba region based in Hadramout valley, local source reported to YemenExtra.
“At 9:30 am, four unidentified armed men wearing military uniforms, wearing black masks robbed Al-Amqi’s money exchange shop in just a few minutes,” source added.
The source continued, “gunmen forced the worker under the threat of a weapon to open the treasury and then looted about 50 million Yemeni riyals in addition to other foreign currencies.”
Gangs and criminals have been taking advantage of the security chaos in governorates under the supervision of Saudi paid militias, southern Yemen.
Many alike incidents have been observed in coastal Aden governorate, which is also located in southern Yemen and is under the control of forces affiliated with the Saudi-led coalition.
