Up to 40 Iraqi Soldiers Lost their Lives by US Fire

On Monday, a branch of the Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) charged the US military of fire after Iraqi forces were struck by what they claimed to be long-range HIMARS missiles.

The PMU’s Sayed Al-Shuhada issued a statement this evening indicating scores of its forces had been killed and wounded as a result of a sudden artillery bombardment that hit government-held areas of western Anbar.

Then the PMU branch demanded an urgent meeting with officials in the Iraqi Government, calling on them to open an investigate about the bombing .

The US administration is yet to address the accident , but is famed to have HIMARS multiplr rocket launcher deployed in the Al-Tanf area all over the border last month. Meantime, Iran charged the US Air Force of carrying out the offensive in a report.
