A Yemeni Citizen Killed by Saudi Border Guards in Saada

A citizen was shot dead on Sunday by Saudi border guards in Qatber district of Saada governorate, northern Yemen.

The Yemeni news agency Saba quoted a security source in the governorate as saying, “Saudi border guards opened fire on the citizen Fuad Sa’id Misfer al-Thabti, which led to his immediate death.”

The source condemned the constant indiscriminate and reckless targeting conducted by the Saudi border guards, whom have resulted in dozens of civilian deaths.

Whole villages in bordering regions have been turned into absolute rubble, as well as farms and properties of citizens, since the beginning of the Saudi-led war against Yemen on March 26, 2015.
