The European Union Condemns Saudi Massacre Against Yemeni Arhab Hotel

The European Union condemned the crime committed by the Saudi-led coalition yesterday by targeting Arhab a popular hotel northern the capital Sana’a, resulting in more than 80 civilians killed and wounded.

“The European Union rejects any military attacks against civilians, calling on the parties of the conflict, including the Saudi-led coalition, to respect the rights of civilians and abide by international law that protects civilians in military conflicts,” spokeswoman Maya Kocijancic said.

The spokeswoman also called on all parties of the conflict to stop the military escalation in order to avoid more innocent victims and return to a peaceful solution.
