Iraqi Airpower Burns 180 “Daesh” Militants, 60 Vehicles Escaping Tal Afar

The Iraqi Air Force attacking “Daesh” troop and vehicle columns that, two days ago, were in full retreat from the strategic city of Tal Afar in Nineveh Governorate.

The Iraqi Army used guided missiles against “Daesh” vehicles and troop concentrations.

The operation led to the death of 180 “Daesh” militants , backed by Saudi Arabia as well as the destruction of sixty transport vehicles and technicals belonging to the terrorist group.

Tal Afar was officially freed from “Daesh” yesterday after one week of clashes for the city between tthem and Iraqi forces.
