One Yemeni Woman Shot Dead as Taiz Remains in Chaos

A woman was shot dead by unidentified gunmen on Saturday evening in the Al Ajinat area of Taiz city, central Yemen, as she was leaving a wedding in the area.

According to local sources close to YemenExtra, eyewitnesses said that unidentified gunmen riding a motorbike shot the civilian named Badriya Mohammed Aklan.

The gunmen fired five shots at the victim when she was waiting for a passenger bus, and immediately killed her, then fled the scene.

The city of Taiz is in a state of security chaos under the authority of the takfiri groups backed by the forces of the Saudi-led coalition.
