The Syrian Army Starts a New Offensive in a New Region

The Syrian Army started a new operation in the Golan Heights region of Al-Quneitra, Friday, and targeted the terrorist controlled Beit Jinn pocket that borders the Rif Dimashq province.

Led by the 9th Division, the Syrian Army launched an offense operation in the Beit Jinn pocket on Friday evening, advancing in several points during the process.

The Syrian Arab Army was able to achieve an important advance from both regions, the northern and southern flanks, forcing the terrorist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham to withdraw towards the town of Beit Jinn.

In the preset time, the Syrian military command has demanded the rebels to surrender the Beit Jinn pocket; however, the HTS and Free Syrian Army militants kept continuing to reject any deal that would see their forces transported from this region to northern Syria.
