Yemeni Air Defenses shut down a US drone( MQ 9) in Southern Sana`a, Jeder district at 10:00 Am, with a guided missile.
According to Yemeni military sources, the unmanned aerial vehicle was shot down while engaged in an assassinations operation.
In 27 April , air defenses in Yemeni Joint Forces shut down Saudi drones in Hajjah province western Yemen, a military told YemenExtra.
It was not clear if the aircraft was operated by the Saudi military or the militants it is supporting on the battle ground against the Yemeni army.
Yemeni forces have brought down several such aircraft either in the Yemeni airspace or during retaliatory attacks in the southwestern Saudi Arabian region of Jizan.
