The founder of the Qatari intelligence service, Major General Mahmoud Mansour, revealed information that confirms that Saudi Arabia and the United States of America have established a joint military security base with the United Arab Emirates in Abu Dhabi as part of the joint military plan.
Maj. Gen. Mahmoud Mansour explained that the member states of this base will address the latest information on recent moves in the Gulf region to take appropriate steps and measures.
Maj. Gen. Mahmoud Mansoor confirmed that senior military and intelligence officials from Saudi Arabia and the UAE, as well as 15 officers from the Central Agency and the Pentagon, are continuously active in this base and hold meetings during which they will hold talks on a number of joint files.
Mansour said US officers stationed at the base had been prevented from participating in the proposed steps by Saudi Arabia and the UAE against Qatar. The movements of Iran and China in the Sea of Oman and the Gulf are the main focus of US officers’ cooperation with security and military officials in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
