JMPs Opens a Training Course under the theme of “Qualifying our Cadres”

The Joint Meeting Parties (JMPs) opened ,on Sunday, a training course on leadership and team building under the theme of “Qualifying our Cadres” which will be held on (October 29-31), in the presence of a number of leaders and participants from JMPs.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Mohammed Al-Zubairi, Assistant Secretary of Al-Ba’ath Arab Socialist Party , affirmed that the joint meeting is within the framework of achieving the great goal of preparing capable leaders with the capacity for dialogue and political debate.

“Through these courses, the Joint Meeting seeks to qualify new leaders to move from second to first grade to be able to manage the next phase, including negotiations and future dialogues,”:Zubairi added.

For his part, Dr. Yasser Al-Houri, Assistant Secretary-General of the party and coordinator of the session confirmed that the objectives of this session to build political leaders with high political performance in order to confront the US-Saudi coaltion on the political front .

Dr. Al-Houry added that this session will inaugurate a new stage of political performance for the parties in a systematic and scientific way,as well as it will be followed by several training courses in all fields, including combating corruption.

It is noteworthy that the course aims at introducing the trainees to the concept of political leadership and types and how to make the leadership, how to build a team and apply the most important leadership skills that improve the performance of the team in their political parties.
