Al-Sammad Inaugurates the Re-Operation of a Power Station in Hodeidah

The head of the Yemeni Supreme Political Council, Saleh Al-Sammad, inaugurated the operation of the Ras Kittnib power station in Hodeidah to operate it and reach the first batch of diesel fuel,Hodeidah province borders the Red Sea and is part of the narrow Tihamah region.

The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Dr. Hussein Makbouli, Minister of Electricity and Energy Eng. Lutf Jaramouzi, Governor of Hodeidah province, Hassan Al-Heij and Commander of the Fifth Military Region Major General Yusef Al-Madani.

During the visit,they discussed aspects related to the progress of the governorate in general and its tasks in alleviating the suffering of citizens as a result of the continuation of the coalition and siege and its catastrophic consequences on the people of Yemen in general and in particular.

”Re-operation of the power station Ras Ktnib after a break during the last period, represents a new victory of the victories achieved by Yemen, both in the military field or in the reconstruction of infrastructure destroyed by the US-Saudi coalition”:said Al-Sammad.

Head of the Council also praised the steadfastness of the sons of Yemen, who are the most powerful weapon to deal with the enemy and thwart his plans, which target Yemen land and humanity no matter what the enemies and what they used and used against him deadly weapons of plowing and offspring.

The governor of Hodeidah welcomed the visit and reviewed the functioning of the leadership of the governorate and its use with the various difficulties imposed by the coalition and the siege and the damage to the people of the province of Hodeidah, especially with regard to electricity, water and other elements of life.
