Rising Price of fuel in the Gulf States,Indicates for What?

Three Gulf states announced several changes in their fuel prices starting of this month(November).

The UAE reduced gasoline prices by two types, bringing the price of premium gasoline to 2.03 dirhams per liter, while the price of ordinary gasoline to 1.85 dirhams per liter, and the price of diesel to 2.11 dirhams per liter, according to Saudi news sites.

While Oman kept the same price of gasoline unchanged last month as the ceiling set by the Omani cabinet, it reduced the price of premium gasoline to Omani Bais 201, while the price of diesel rose to 213 Bais Omani.

Qatar raised the price of diesel to QR 1.65, as well as two types of gasoline, with an excellent price of QR 1.75 and regular gasoline to QR 1.65. The UAE ranked first, with the highest oil prices in the GCC, followed by Oman, Qatar Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia is set to make adjustments to energy prices, including fuel in the coming period, without setting a specific date for starting the application, or the value of price increases.
