Why did Houthi make fun of UAE?

The head of the Supreme Revolutionary Committee, Muhammad Ali al-Houthi, the UAE’s talk about the international conventions on aviation safety while filing a complaint against Qatar, while the coalition is ignoring these agreements in Yemen.

The UAE’s complaint came after it announced on Monday that Qatari fighter planes had intercepted two civilian aircraft belonging to it and Qatar denied that.

It is worth mentioning that the Saudi-led coalition has banned Yemen’s air presence since the beginning of its war against Yemen on March 26, 2015. It prevents civilians and patients from traveling outside Yemen and those stranded abroad from returning, in clear violation of all international agreements.
