50% of international Internet capacity out of service in Yemen

Yesterday Saturday, fifty percent of the international Internet capacity get out of service in Yemen as a submarine cable cut out of Yemen.

The official news agency of Yemen Saba quoted an official source at the Public Telecommunications Corporation saying that 50 percent of the international Internet capacity had been out of service by cutting a submarine cable between the Egyptian cities of Alexandria and Marseille.

The Foundation is working to find alternatives to the continuation of Internet services, added the source.
