Houthi hopes on the new UN envoy in Yemen

Head of Yemen’s Supreme Revolutionary Committee, Houthi, praised the United Nations response to the great rejection by the people of Yemen of its former envoy Ismail Ould Cheikh, who was sacked and the appointment of the British (Martin Griffith) as an alternative.

Al-Houthi said in a tweet on Monday evening that it was “positive that the United Nations comply with the decision of the people, who rejected the representative Ismael Ould Cheikh to choose another.”

Al-Houthi said that the best choice for the new representative in Yemen is not to be like his predecessor to buy with Saudi money.

Al-Houthi hoped to stop the aggression after this step taken by the United Nations.

“We tell her that the choice of a representative who does not follow his example and does not deal with the injustice against the people and his just cause and those who are chasing the Saudi funds will be a step welcomed by the oppressed people of Yemen”,added Al-Houthi .
