ICRC affirms its keenness to help Yemen

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on Sunday affirmed its keenness to provide emergency aid to Yemen in the health field.

The remark came during the ICRC Health delegate’s visit to Mahmit province where he inspected the needs of the Republic hospital and Dialysis Center of the province.

The ICRC official was briefed by the deputy governor, Hamud Shamlan,, and head of a health, Amin, of the problems and difficulties suffered by the health facilities as a result of the Saudi-led aggression coalition war and all-out blocked.

The officials also praised to the ICRC efforts and its support for the Dialysis Center, the cholera treatment center and the diphtheria at the Hospital.
