Bin Salman lashes out at Saudi FM for Western media criticism over Riyadh’s foreign policies

Mohammed bin Salman, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, severely rebuked Adel al-Jubair, Saudi Foreign Minister and Mohammed bin Nawwaf bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to the United Kingdom following the widespread criticism and attack of Western media including the British media over Riyadh’s extreme and radical foreign policy especially towards Yemen that led to the postponement of Mohammed bin Salman’s visit to London.
According to the statement of Abdul Aziz bin Ali al-Maqoshi, one of the officials of Saudi embassy in London, after lashing out at these two Saudi officials, Bin Salman told them: “Instead of learning the art of diplomacy, you only learned to give huge amounts and expensive gifts to English officials … they have understood very well that rather than teaching the diplomacy tricks to you, they can take out more precious gifts and huge amounts from you every time.”
According to the Saudi diplomat, Bin Salman continued to say: “Learn from the diplomacy of the Emirates” …… then quoting Mohammed bin Zayed, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi he quoted: After the attacks of British media against the policies of the UAE, I wrote several letters to them, in such a way that I forced the British Prime Minister, Theresa May to send me several letters in which she regretted and asked for forgiveness but I not only accepted none of those but also forced her to write me official letter and apologize and regret officially.”
Al-Maqoshi says: In response to these remarks of Mohammad bin Salman, Adel al-Jubair had said that: “I had heard Mohammad bin Zayed had offered $ 100 million to May for writing such letters but she in turn rejected this offer and just apologized verbally.”
Al-Maqoshi adds: Mohammed bin Salman rejected these statements and called it a rumor and said that he had seen this official letter with his own eyes.
The Saudi diplomat continued: After this Mohammed bin Salman threatened Adel al-Jubair and Mohammed bin Nawwaf bin Abdulaziz that if the criticism of Western media or other centers continues, the Foreign Minister and Saudi ambassador to London will be removed from office and a decisive stance will be taken against the Queen of England.
