President of the Supreme Revolutionary, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, considered US statements urging commercial cargo officials to continue transporting goods to the port of Hodeidah, “a drop of the port from the military targets listed by the US for the Saudi-led coalition, which is being utilized to besiege Yemen.

US State Department spokesman Heather Noiret claimed that maintaining the aggression on the port of Hodeidah in Yemen “demonstrates their serious intention to resolve the humanitarian crisis facing the country.”

Earlier, Mohammed al-Houthi said in a tweet that the United Nations should pressure companies and oblige them to reduce the risk insurance on commercial vessels arriving at the port of Hodeidah, and whatever is of other obstacles.

On Wednesday morning, the head of the Supreme Revolutionary Committee launched a sharp attack on the United States of America, following statements by US civilian and military officials that resulted in a US failure to pass a British draft resolution on Yemen in the UN Security Council.
