The mothers of abductees and those who were forcibly hidden in the prisons and detention camps of the UAE forces in Aden province ,Sunday, held a protest, in front of the home of the Minister of Interior ,condemning the continued detention and hiding of their children.
The mothers asked for the release of their hidden sons and released them and to stand against the phenomenon of kidnapping of young people in Aden province, south of Yemen, by the UAE-backed security forces.
They also raised banners with words which strongly suggest the pain they suffer towards the loss of their sons where the protestors handed the Interior Minister a memorandum from the Attorney General Ali al-Aousosh to file their files to the Attorney General and to refer them to a fair trial. Protesters rose pictures of their forcibly disappeared relatives, asking them to bring them to fair trial or to release them if nothing was proven.
The campaign of arrests lasted hundreds of young people in Aden, whereas secret prisons ,run by the UAE forces and the security belt in the province without the knowledge of the legitimate government, were recently revealed, but observers stressed that the government is aware of all the work of the UAE forces but facilitates the ways of implementation.
