Details of targeting a Saudi oil tanker in the Red Sea

The Yemeni joint forces ,Tuesday, targeted  one of the vessels belonging to the Saudi-led coalition as it passes through the Red Sea.

The spokesman for the forces of the coalition , Colonel Turki al-Maliki ,said that ,at one and a half pm today, one of Saudi oil tankers was attacked west of the port of Hodeidah.

Although al-Maliki claimed that the attempt to attack the tanker failed, but returned to say in his statement that the attack caused the tanker suffer minor injury and completed its navigational line and sailing to the north ,accompanied by one of the coalition naval ships.

The Yemeni naval forces warned of targeting the Saudi interests in response to the Saudi-led coalition’s fatal air strikes that claimed the lives of Yemenis .

Media sources told “YemenExtra ” that the Saudi tanker penetrated the Yemeni coasts, so that it was targeted, pointing out that one of the naval battleships of the coalition , which blockade the Yemeni coasts, rushed to the tanker after being targeted .
