Al-Houthi Advises Syria, How to Behave with America and Israel

“We reject and condemn any aggression against any independent state, Arab or non-Arab” said Mohamed Ali al-Houthi, head of the Supreme Revolutionary Committee, in an interview with the US Associated Press Agency.

He added that the “political measures” taken by the United States only help to fuel growing resentment towards Washington in the Arab world, describing the recent attacks as “a threat to global peace and security.”

Al-Houthi called on all Syrians to “retaliate with the eye” and to target US bases in Saudi Arabia and those of their allies, France and Britain, throughout the region.

Our position on Syria is the position of rejection and condemnation of this aggression. There must be respect for international law.
There must be respect for the sovereignty of the independent states. What we have suffered in Yemen is the lack of respect for the sovereignty of the state, so we must not accept this result on others, not in Syria or anywhere else.

“Today, the United States is moving for certain interests, already shared by Saudi Arabia, in the interest of Israel”,  he said.

“The political work of the United States serves the growing discontent in the Arab world, so it will reap the devastation”, al-Houthi added.

The Syrian people have full awareness of American policy, and we regard what is happening today as a threat to world peace and security. We have been advised that there should be direct dialogue and independent commissions of inquiry to verify any incident. ”

Al-Houthi concluded his remarks by addressing the Syrian people that “if you remain silent about this aggression, you will be targeted more than now .
