A loud explosion was heard and smoke and fire were seen at dawn on Sunday in Abyan province, southeast Yemen,according to a military official .
It was likely due to hitting a weapon store belonging to #al-Qaeda organization by an aircraft in Mahfad district of the province, it added.
Furthermore, a major corruption by field commanders in Qania front, where they have spent huge sums of money and heavy military equipment in only three weeks , a source close to the leadership of the Saudi-backed elements.
Qania fronts are the scenes of unprecedented corruption by field commanders, mostly belonging to Islah Party, it confirmed.
Within 3 weeks, they have spent 1.5 million automatic rounds, 300 thousand Steyr AUG, two thousand Grenades, and 40 Military cars as well as heavy weapons and missiles.
According to the source, “Three billion riyals have been placed in a bank related to Islah Party leadership of which 225 million have been disbursed evenly (75 million riyals) for militants belonging to Murad, Al-Awadh, Qiafa, and al-Eidia tribes.”
Southern Yemeni provinces are under the control of the Saudi-led coalition for almost two years.
