How successful are the UAE troops in the Western Coast?
Over weeks, waiting for the coalition on Yemen to launch a new military operation with a new ally in the West Coast Front, Tariq Saleh troops , backed by the United Arab Emirates ,launched their battle on the positions of the Yemeni joint forces ,east of the city of Mukha and the perimeter of Khalid camp in Moza’a district, and observers think that these forces will fight in order to move towards the city of Taiz, confirming their thoughts by that the coinciding of the attacks of these forces with attacks by the «Abu Abbas Brigades» ,Salafist ,supported by the UAE, on positions in the front of AL-Kadhah ,opposite from Moza’a .After hours of confrontations, UAE got disappointed from its new ally because dozens of its troops fell dead and wounded ,and Fire mountain and surrounding highlands at Camp Khaled under the military control of the Yemeni joint forces.
Losses and massacres
After the losses sustained by the coalition despite the intensive air raids on the coastle areas to support its fighters, its jets committed a massacre in AL-Araish area , Moza’a district , western Taiz province , killing 20 people ,meantime , they launched airstrikes one Maran area , Haidan district , Saada province , killing five citizens. Above all , they launched an airstrikes on an electricity station downtown Sana’a , as well as they conducted a raid on AL-Hali area of the province of Hodeida, which also killed 5 civilians.
New claim
Local sources revealed the arrival of about 450 initial batch of officers and soldiers of The former Republican Guard to the provinces of Dhamar and Mahweet ,returning from the camp of Tariq Saleh after refusing to continue fighting in the ranks of its forces supported by the UAE, and the withdrawal after their arrival to their areas said that their position is obvious and natural because they were surprised that Tariq does not have a national project ,as he claimed ,as they found themselves fighting under southern military leadership , rising the former flag , for which they didn’t make a deal with Tariq .This came 24 hours after the forces of the coalition and its paid fighters, in the front of the coastal ,suffered a loss by the Yemeni joint forces when they foiled an operation , killed over 38 paid fighters , wounded dozens , and destroyed five military mechanisms.
Publications from Hodeidah sky
After sustaing losses on the aerial side, the coalition jets , last Saturday, dropped new publications on Hodaidah coastle province , calling them to reject fighting for the Houthis, part of the Yemeni joint forces. According to those publications , the people of Hodaeihah province will face death and insult if they keep fighting for Houthis , but they made fun of those threats , confirming that they will keep fighting with them and warning it of its constant crimes .
The silence of Riyadh government
Despite these developments, Hadi’s, the fugitive Yemeni president, government and its media kept silent, whereas some of it were afraid of that the troops guided by UAE hand in the north are as the the security groups and Shabwaniah and Hadramiah group in the south , which Hadi’s government consider as troops against legitimacy.On other hand, Tariq troops movements rose many questions amid the Yemeni society that can they advance towards AL-Hodeidah city , which is the main city that the coalition seeks to wrestle its control , where the coalition accused Yemenis of delivering weapons , threatening the International Navy , so that it lanched its military campaign despite international pressure to keep the port open and active for the humanitarian and commercial shipments.
