HR Condemns Coalition’s Attack on Hajjah Wedding

The Ministry of Human Rights strongly condemned the airstrike committed by the Saudi-led coalition which targeting a wedding party in Al-Raqqa area in Bani Qais district of Hajjah province, which claimed the lives of dozens and wounded others all were of civilians.
The ministry stressed in a statement that “the Saudi-led coalition deliberately destroys the Yemeni citizens and commits genocide using all internationally prohibited weapons.”
The statement carried the international community, headed by the Security Council and the Human Rights Council the responsibility for the systematic killing of the Yemeni people by the Saudi-led coalition .
The statement also called the United Nations envoy to Yemen, the international community and the international organizations to convene an urgent meeting of the Security Council to take decisions to stop this war immediately and lift the comprehensive siege on land, sea and air.
