Bani Gaeis, Hajjah, Yemen, Sameeh, the 6 years old Yemeni child, is holding his father body under the rubbles all the night trying to wake him up, he refused to let the people carry his father body a way, people around trying to convince him that he could be with him in the car, but he just wants his father to speak back to him.
Sunday the 22nd of April 2018, Saudi-led coalition’s warplane bombed a wedding in Bani Gaeis, Hajjah govern in Yemen, 50 persons were killed and injured. Targeting weeding, funerals, and any civilian gatherings is one of thousands of crimes committed by the Saudi-led coalition warplanes against civilians in Yemen, Sameeh is one of tens of thousands of Yemeni children who lost their families because either the Saudi-led coalition airstrike targeting residents areas directly or as a results of the blockade which imposed by the coalition and the main reason of the shortage of medicine and food in the country which led to spread of disease and famine.
These heartbreaking examples of the Saudi-led coalition’s war crimes against civilians in Yemen are still not enough to attract the attention of the hypocritically emotionally sensitive western media to act morally and condemn such crimes and motivate the world to stand against such deliberately targeting against civilians in Yemen by the Saudi-led coalition, but in contrary the international media describing the war on Yemen as a war against (Houthies ) and it is Saudi VS Iran war, still changing the name doesn’t change the entity, we still are Yemenis, it doesn’t matter what name they want to call us, second what we see in Yemen are Saudi-led coalitions troops, warplanes, tanks, and so on, front of Yemenis in the other side, only Yemenis, out of consideration of any name you like to call them. In fact these misleading names are being created intentionally to blind people around in the world from seeing the horrible war crimes committed by the Saudi-led coalition and their international bakers, which if we look at the whole picture, are not only the USA, UK and France but the whole western countries, Canada, Brazil and any other countries in the world which are still selling weapons and ammunitions to the Saudi-led coalition countries or supporting them politically in their aggression on Yemen.
After three years of deliberately targeting residence areas, civilians facilities, infrastructures, refugee camps, food storages, and even hospitals repeatedly and all by the Saudi-led coalition, and in addition to that the most causalities among civilians are because of the airstrike of the Saudi-led coalition according to the latest human right report by the high commissioner of the HRC, and the blockade imposed by this coalition is the main reason of the humanitarian crisis in Yemen according to the U.N. Special Rapporteur on Unilateral Coercive Measures. Three years and the Saudi-led coalition, with help of their international bakers, are sabotaging any attempts to create any international commission of inquiry which would investigate into all war crimes committed in the war in Yemen, in addition to the blockade imposed by the coalition in all ports and airports of the country and banning the journalist to enter the country, leaving Yemen to become an isolated stage of crimes with no witnesses.
Still with all these amount of facts and evidences of the inhuman, heartless crimes against Yemenis which committed by the name of applying the U.N resolutions and behave of the whole world in Yemen by the Saudi-led coalition, not only the hypocritical international community would swallow their tongues and look away but they participate directly in killing Yemenis by providing the criminals with all means of support in order to conduct their crimes.
Hundreds of billions of arms deals to the countries of the aggression on Yemen in the last three years, hundreds of billions are the price of the worlds values and morals, hundreds of billions of dirty dollars the price in order to bury the international laws under the rubble in Bani Gais in Yemen, a lot of money to keep politicians promises to their voters, and a lot of shame to this modern time we live in now.
