Leader of Yemeni Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi on Saturday said the United States of America is a direct partner in the assassination of President Saleh Al-Sammad and that this crime would not go unpunished.

This came in his speech he delivered following the funeral ceremony of the president Al-Sammad held earlier the day in Al-Sabeen Square in the capital Sanaa.

Sayyed noted to the airstrikes waged by Saudi-led coalition’s warplanes during the funeral and resulted in the killing of a citizen and injuring two others.

” The reckless and foolish acts that happened during the funeral indicates the extent of the aggression forces degradation,” Sayyed Al-Houthi said.

The message of the attendees during the raids on the funeral ceremony was an important message that may be not understood by the aggression leaders, he added.

He noted that the Saudi and Emirati regimes of killing civilians in schools, weddings and consolation because America allowed them to do so.

“America has key roles in the aggression on Yemen and in combat missions,” Al-Houthi said.

He confirmed that the assassination of the President Al-Sammad is an unjust crime and is a violation of international law and was monitored by the US.

The enemy expected that the assassination of the president will affect the cohesion of political components and thus tear the internal front, but all this is mirage and illusions, he added.

“The will of Yemeni people to stand firm and steadfast is today stronger and greater than ever,” he affirmed.

Members of the Supreme Political Council and the Government have been very conscious and have moved immediately to fill the void and take responsibility.

In his speech, Sayyed al-Houthi praised the noble, honest and responsible positions of the president Al-Sammad and his sacrifices in defending his people and country.

He stressed that the president al-Sammad should be a model for officials in all positions of responsibility.

Al-Houthi said that Al-Sammad’s recent visit to Hodaida province and his call for the “Rally of Guns” as a response to remarks of the US ambassador that came in his letter to Sana’a authorities placing a condition for stopping the US invasion of the province.

“The martyr told me about his visit to Hodeida and insisted to go there, especially after the remarks of the US ambassador,” Al-Houthi said.

Sayyed Al-Houthi, during his speech, extended thanks and appreciation to all the free people, who expressed their solidarity with Yemeni people in the death of the martyred president Saleh Al-Sammad.
