Yemeni HR Ministry condemns Saudi attack against a citizen’s home in Azraqin

The Ministry of Human Rights denounced the continuation of the US-backed Saudi-led war in the targeting of civilians, the latest of which was the bombing of citizens’ homes in Azraqin area in Hamdan district, killing and wounding more than ten civilians in a preliminary toll, according to the Ministry’s statement on Friday. 

The ministry said that the ongoing crimes committed by the Saudi-led coalition of targeting civilians and the failure of the United Nations to conduct its duty towards them indicate complacency reached by the United Nations, despite the countless merciless war crimes perpetrated on a nearly daily basis.

The Ministry renewed its call for the formation of an international commission to investigate of all crimes and violations that target Yemenis daily, in order to strengthen accountability for the perpetrators of war crimes.
