Minister of Planning hails WHO’s support for Yemen

Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Dr. Abdulaziz al-Komim, on Sunday hailed the humanitarian and relief support provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) for Yemen.
The UN humanitarian and relief aid, which arrived on board seven planes to Sanaa International Airport, contained 168 tons of medicines and necessary medical supplies required by health facilities throughout Yemen, the minister said in a press statement.
Al-Komim noted the importance of enhancing the humanitarian support for Yemen to alleviate the humanitarian crisis and its consequences resulted by the continued ruthless war launched by the Saudi-led coalition.
He stressed on the need to compel the Saudi-led coalition into stopping the ongoing war, indicating that the United Nations and international organizations must bear responsibility.
