A Blast Rocks a Popular Market in Aden, Reports of Casualties

Six people were injured in a grenade explosion at a popular market in the city of Tawahi in Aden province this afternoon, a local source reported to YemenExtra. 

Aden’s al-Ghad website quoted witnesses as saying a grenade exploded in a market selling khat.

According to the source, the injured were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The incident comes in the context of the daily security chaos witnessed by Aden and the southern provinces under the control of the Saudi-led coalition.
