Forces loyal to the Saudi-led coalition kidnapped on Sunday a group of women in the district of Tahita in the province of Hodeidah, western Yemen.
A local source told YemenExtra that militias affiliated with the UAE kidnapped a group of women in the district of Al-Tahita and took them to an unknown destination.
The militias loyal to the US-backed coalition continue to commit crimes against women and girls in the Saudi-held territories. A Sudanese mercenary raped one of the girls in al-Khukha, Hodeidah, and imprisoned one of the girls in Al-Jouf Province after her abduction, while another woman was run over in Taiz Province, central Yemen.
Furthermore, local sources in the district of Hays in the province of Hodeidah revealed that the UAE occupation forces have established new secret prisons in the district, and began to launch the campaign of mass arrests of dozens of people.
The sources confirmed to “YemenExtra” that the campaign of arrests affected a number of the people of the city, including children, and nearly half a month has passed as they remain inside the secret detention centers for no reason.
The sources pointed out that the forced arrests came under the guidance of the mercenary leader loyal to the UAE Brigadier / Ali Kenini with the help of the salafist leaders of the so-called al-Qaeda and Daesh, which are fighting under the mutual name, Amalika “giants”.
This follows the scandal that has gripped the UAE for the crimes of rape and brutal sexual abuse committed against the prisoners of the southern provinces, who have been in solitary confinement in the prisons of Aden for nearly years.
