Head of Yemen’s Supreme Revolutionary Committee referred to Saudis’ $100m aid to the so-called anti-Daesh coalition led by the US to implement operations in Syria and Iraq as indication of defeat.
According to Arab media, Mohammad Ali Al-Houthi said on Saturday that Saudi Arabia financial aid to US-coalition indicates confrontation against Iran, reinstating destructive ideology in Syria and Yemen and also supporting terrorists.
This is while Saudi Arabia claimed that the aid is for implementing important projects in the health, electricity, water, education, road, transportation and earthworks projects in the city of Raqqa.
Earlier an official with Yemen Defense Ministry announced that Saudi Arabia has used US-made bombs to attack Yemeni children in Dahyan.
Meanwhile US media ‘CNN’ announced that ‘the bomb is very similar to the one that wreaked devastation in an attack on a funeral hall in Yemen in October 2016 in which 155 people were killed and hundreds more wounded. The Saudi coalition blamed ‘incorrect information’ for that strike, admitted it was a mistake and took responsibility.’
