PM, UNICEF talk disbursement of social security benefits

Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor on Wednesday discussed with UNICEF Resident Representative in Yemen, Marcelle Relano, arrangements for the disbursement of the third batch of social security benefits.

There are 1.5 million families benefiting from the disbursement of the third batch of social security benefits to be implemented through UNICEF with World Bank funding of $ 67 million.

The meeting also included the steps taken to provide financial incentives for teachers in light of the commitment of donors to support this process, in addition to preparations for the second cholera immunization campaign.
